Founding Cohort — First 10 Southern California Restaurants

The catering front desk that never sleeps. $49 per qualified lead. First 10 restaurants only.

Most catering inquiries come in after hours, mid-shift, or while you're slammed on the line — and by the time someone calls back, the customer already booked with whoever answered first. ET Concierge is built to catch that inquiry the moment it happens, qualify it, and hand you only the leads worth your time. You pay per qualified lead. Nothing else.

Built to catch and qualify catering inquiries. Results depend on your market, your response time, and your offer — we don't promise a specific number of bookings or a revenue increase.

Every missed call is a catering booking that went to someone else.

A catering inquiry doesn't wait for business hours. It comes in at 9:47pm after someone's family argument about where to order the office holiday party from. It comes in while your host stand is three deep and nobody has a free hand to answer the phone. It comes in through a contact form that nobody checks until Monday.

By then, the customer has already called your competitor down the street — the one who happened to pick up, or who had a form that texted back in sixty seconds instead of sitting in an inbox for three days.

You didn't lose that booking because your food, your space, or your team weren't good enough. You lost it because nobody was at the front desk when the inquiry came in.

That's the job ET Concierge does. All the time. So your team doesn't have to.

Set up once. Runs in the background. You only see the leads worth seeing.

1

The inquiry comes in

A catering inquiry lands on your page — a form fill, a click-to-call, a chat message — any hour, any day.

2

It gets qualified automatically

Before it ever reaches you, the system checks the basics that actually matter: is this a real catering request (headcount, date, budget range, contact info), or spam / a wrong-number / a delivery-order mixup that doesn't belong in your catering pipeline. Only requests that clear this bar become a billable lead.

3

You get notified, with everything you need

You get the lead with the details already organized — no chasing down a name and a callback number buried in a voicemail. You follow up while the inquiry is still warm.

4

You only pay for what qualified

If it didn't clear the qualification bar, you don't pay for it. Full stop. Full definition of a “qualified lead,” and the 5-business-day dispute window if you think one was miscounted, is in the Partnership Agreement.

No new phone system. No new number for customers to learn. No login your staff has to be trained on to do their actual job. It runs where your catering inquiries already come in.

We built this to be boring in the best way — no gimmicks, just a system that answers when you can't.

Every lead is qualified before you pay for it.

The system is set up to weed out spam, duplicate entries, and non-catering inquiries before they ever hit your inbox as a billable lead. You're not paying for form-fill noise.

You're never locked into a number you didn't agree to.

There's no subscription, no monthly minimum, no surprise line item. It's $49 per qualified lead for your first six months live, and every dollar is tied to an actual inquiry you can see.

You can walk away.

Cancellation terms are in the Partnership Agreement, plain language, no hidden renewal traps. This is built to earn the relationship every month, not to lock you into one.

We're opening this to 10 restaurants first — on purpose, not as a sales tactic.

ET Concierge is a new build. Before we scale it to every restaurant in Southern California, we're running it with a small, deliberately varied founding group — different cuisines, different neighborhoods, different service styles — so we can prove the system holds up under real conditions before we ask anyone else to trust it.

That's the whole reason it's capped at 10 right now. It's not a countdown clock, and it's not scarcity marketing — it's genuinely how many restaurants we can onboard properly, watch closely, and support hands-on while this is new.

Founding restaurants lock in the reduced founding rate for their activation (full pricing details in the FAQ below) and the $49/lead rate for six months from their go-live date. Reserve your spot on the waitlist to hold your place.

No claim of exclusivity here — intentionally. See the FAQ below if you're wondering why.

Frequently asked questions

What does this cost?

Getting started is a one-time activation fee — $495 for the first 10 founding restaurants (reduced from the standard $1,000 rate). After activation, you pay $49 per qualified lead for your first six months live. There's no monthly subscription and no recurring platform fee — you're only ever billed for the activation and for leads you actually receive.

Is there a monthly fee on top of the per-lead cost?

No. There is no monthly subscription of any kind. You pay the one-time activation fee to get set up, and after that, $49 per qualified lead. That's the entire pricing structure.

What happens to the per-lead price after six months?

Starting six months from your go-live date, the qualified-lead rate moves to $149 flat. You'll get 30 days' notice before that change takes effect, plus a check-in around month five to walk through how things are going before the new rate starts.

What's the $199 Priority Reserve I keep seeing mentioned?

It's a deposit that locks in your founding pricing — the $495 activation rate and the $49/lead rate for six months — while we finish onboarding the founding cohort. It's 100% credited toward your $495 activation fee, so it's not an extra cost on top of activation, it's the first part of it. Full terms are on the founding restaurants page.

What counts as a “qualified lead” I'll actually be billed for?

A real catering inquiry with enough information to act on — contact info, and enough detail (headcount, date, or budget range) to know it's a genuine request, not spam, a duplicate, or a non-catering message that landed in the wrong place. The full definition, and how to flag a lead you don't think should have counted, is in the Partnership Agreement. You have 5 business days from being billed to dispute a lead.

Do you guarantee a certain number of leads or bookings?

No — and we'd be lying if we said we could. Lead volume depends on your market, your existing online visibility, and how your catering page is set up. What we can tell you is that the system is built to catch and qualify every inquiry that comes in, at any hour, instead of letting it sit in a voicemail or an unchecked inbox. That's the part we control. What we don't control — and won't promise — is demand, seasonality, or how many of those leads turn into bookings once you follow up.

Am I the only restaurant in my area using this?

No, and we're upfront about that. There's no territory exclusivity — founding restaurants are selected across a wide range of cuisines specifically so we can build a system (and a dataset) that works across all of them, not just one niche. In practice, most restaurants aren't competing head-to-head for the same catering inquiry anyway — a customer looking for Thai catering and a customer looking for Italian catering are two different searches. If that matters to you, happy to talk through it directly before you reserve a spot.

Is there a contract, and can I cancel?

Yes to both — there's a straightforward Partnership Agreement (not a long-term lock-in), and cancellation terms are written in plain language, not buried in legal fine print. It's linked in the footer of every ET Concierge page.

Do I need any technical skills to use this?

No. There's nothing new to install, no dashboard your staff needs training on to do their jobs, and no new phone number for customers to learn. It's built to work quietly in the background of how catering inquiries already reach you.

Ten spots. One founding rate. Reserve yours.

The founding cohort is capped at 10 restaurants so we can onboard each one properly. Once those 10 spots are reserved, the founding rate goes away — the system moves to the standard $1,000 activation rate for anyone who joins after.

Results depend on your market and how you follow up with leads. We don't guarantee a specific number of bookings or a revenue increase — we built this to make sure no inquiry falls through the cracks on our end.
