Adriana's Cocina Catering has operated in Temecula since 2014 under chef-owner Adriana Dominguez, who learned traditional Mexican cooking from her grandmother Marina in Guadalajara. The business closed its physical restaurant storefront in December 2024 to focus fully on catering and events, and now serves Temecula, the Inland Empire, San Diego and Orange counties.
Its wedding catering runs three named packages, each including a four-hour service window, dinnerware and a 20% banquet service fee: Grand at $35 per person (a gourmet salad, two passed appetizers, two sides and two entrées), Extraordinaire at $45 per person (two salads and three entrées, including a vegetarian pasta option), and Exquisite at $55 per person (three passed appetizers, a specialty protein such as sea bass, swordfish, filet mignon or shrimp scampi, and water, champagne or wine service, with a carving station available by request). A separate rehearsal-dinner menu serves 25 to 50 guests with the same 20% service fee, offered in Mexican or Italian menu lines. Private catering, a separate service from the wedding packages, requires a 50-guest minimum, with a delivery fee that may apply. Bar service is priced by the hour and capped at 50 guests per bartender: a Silver package runs $75 per hour and a Gold package $100 per hour, with a second bartender available for up to 150 guests at an additional $50 per hour; alcohol itself is not supplied. Adriana's asks for all event details to be confirmed at least one month before the event date and responds to inquiries within 72 hours.
