All Aspects Catering & Events, based in San Diego's Mira Mesa neighborhood, was founded in 2015 by Simon Clayburn. The business offers catering, bartending, party rentals, day-of coordination, DJ/emcee services and photography/videography under one roof, and prepares food on-site at the event rather than transporting it hot-held. It serves weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, galas and quinceañeras, with capacity for events of up to several thousand guests.
All Aspects publishes the most extensive per-person pricing of any business mined in this county: nine named wedding tiers for up to 40 guests, a separate seven-tier fine-dining menu, four named company-picnic packages, and a fully priced bar and bartending program.
Nine wedding packages, priced for up to 40 guests plus a per-additional-guest rate: Tri Tip + Herb Chicken ($2,199 / $34.99pp), Mexican or Italian ($2,399 / $36.99pp), Tri Tip + Chicken Piccata ($2,400 / $38.99pp), Hawaiian or Filipino ($2,499 / $38.99pp), Cod + Chicken Cordon Bleu ($2,699 / $40.99pp), Short Rib + Chicken Marsala ($3,199 / $52.99pp), and a Prime Rib + Salmon tier ($4,199 / $68.99pp). Every package includes cocktail-hour appetizers, full dinner service, china, preset silverware, water goblets, champagne flutes with client-provided corkage, and cake cutting. Family-style service adds $11/guest; plated service adds $9/guest. A separate seven-tier fine-dining menu runs $1,099-$2,299 for 40 guests, and four named picnic packages (Bronze through Platinum) run $1,999-$4,899. Bartending is $50/hour per bartender (4-hour minimum) plus a $7/guest bar-essentials package, staffed at a published ratio of 1 bartender per 50 guests for full bar service. Day-of coordination is $2,500; rehearsal-dinner coordination is $350. The business quotes a 24-48 hour response time and does not publish a numeric booking lead time.
We had a wedding and a dream. Our venue suggested All Aspects Catering. Simon handled our vision: food served family style to honor our culture's hospitality while serving our favorites: lumpia, lechon, pancit, garlic fried rice, chicken inasal, sisig and bistek. It is still months later and our family and friends still bring up the wedding and the food. Lechon passed the auntie test!
We cannot recommend All Aspects Catering highly enough! The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with incredible attention to detail. Our guests raved about every meal. The passed hors d'oeuvres were not only delicious but also beautifully displayed, and every dish throughout the evening was exceptional.
Great caterer! Catered our 150 person wedding. Working with Simon was easy. Food was amazing! Mid range pricing compared to most other caterers we researched. The pesto gnocchi was so good, my wife and I have been trying to find a restaurant that makes something similar ever since and we've been unable to.
