Bekker's Catering has been family-owned in San Diego since 1958, when Dale and Betty Worm opened Roadside Bar BQ on Mission Gorge Road. Four generations later the same family runs it as a dedicated catering company, led by Executive Chef Scott Worm out of the expanded Mission Gorge facility in Allied Gardens.

You can't go wrong with having Bekker's host your event. Our team is composed of 280 employees, and they were able to accommodate getting everyone served expeditiously. Their efforts to make our holiday event special were noticed and very much appreciated — they also accommodated vegetarian meals for those who needed it, and the buffet stayed well replenished throughout our luncheon.

Bekker's Catering was great to work with for our Celebration of Life for our mom. I gave them just general info on what we wanted and they came up with a great menu. On the day of the event they were set up and ready to go early, and the event went beautifully. The staff was friendly and professional and the food was delicious — I especially loved the Ahi crisps.
