New Life Culinary Creations is a family-owned Wildomar caterer founded by Executive Chef Steve and partner Jeff, former high-school classmates who reconnected at a local Chamber of Commerce event. Steve trained at Cerritos College's culinary program, graduating with special recognition from the college president, and built his career at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach, Cafe Nordstrom, Storm Stadium and as Corporate Chef of the Market Broiler restaurant group, where he opened two full-service restaurants each generating more than $5 million in annual sales. He has competed in regional culinary competitions, placing third overall at the Oak Grove School Chef Open at Pechanga Casino in Temecula, and his Fennel Boysenberry Pork Tenderloin won the Pinnacle Award of the Chef Open in 2014 — the same dish appears on the business's Classic Wedding menu today.
Its Classic Buffet Wedding Menu runs five named packages from $12.50 per guest (a street-taco bar with carne asada and grilled chicken) through $56 per guest (a tray-passed, multi-course reception with a choice of chicken, meat, fish or vegetarian mains, two sides and a beverage station). Add-ons are priced per guest: a beverage station at $3.25, a coffee bar at $3.50, and cake cutting at $1.50. Serving staff run $200 each per event, and a separate holiday entrée menu runs $21.99 to $29.99 per guest, plus a market-priced prime rib and a $13.75-per-person charcuterie display. New Life also operates a licensed, insured mobile bar under the name New Life Culinary Creations Mixology, offered either as a turnkey cash bar or a dry-hire bar where the client supplies alcohol. A dedicated Celebration of Life service line caters memorial receptions at a residence, banquet hall or church. New Life shares its Wildomar address with an affiliated on-site event venue, The Corporate Room, giving it in-house access to event space.

I was the happy bride...with all my favorite people at my wedding. And all my favorite people LOVED the food catered by New Life! The Tuscan chicken, the chicken skewers, the smashed berry appetizers and an amazing serving staff/chef! They brought the event up a notch!
I just used my personal home as a venue for a friend's wedding. The staff, the service, the quality of the food, the bartending, the desserts and most importantly the taste was absolutely amazing. She chose the appetizers (a large Charcuterie style spread), the short ribs, lemon chicken, yukon gold mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, caesar salad, wedding cake and two types of delicious cupcakes.
Candice did a wonderful job helping me coordinate a great spread for a 70th birthday party. She answered the numerous questions I had, checked with the chef on allergies, and was so sweet through it all. She was on time with the delivery and the food was delicious. The steak kabobs were a huge hit!
