Personal Touch Dining has catered events across San Diego County since 1988, serving weddings, corporate events, fundraising galas, school dances, private parties, film and production catering, and hospital and healthcare catering. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the short rib, the mashed potatoes, our churro station, and oddly, the carrots for months after. Many of our friends noted how often a side dish veggie usually gets overcooked at a wedding, but the carrots were consistently cooked perfectly.
The custom menu was one of our favorite things about Personal Touch, as it helped us create several cultural dishes that were important to our day. The staff during the wedding were professional and accommodating.
We booked them for our bar service, passed appetizers, buffet dinner, and late-night snacks, and every part of the experience exceeded our expectations. One of our favorite parts of the planning process was the private tasting.
