RNG Taco Cart Catering is a family-run taco cart operation based in Murrieta, serving Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange and San Diego counties. Robert and Natalie Gutierrez started it in 2012. According to RNG, the family also runs the Cuca's Mexican Food restaurants in Redlands.
Three package tiers are published. Their Basic Taco Cart starts at $500 with a 30-guest minimum and includes three meats — chosen from carne asada, chicken, carnitas and al pastor — plus beans, rice, chips and guacamole, and the full condiment set of onions, cilantro, limes and red and green salsa. They price the Wedding Taco Cart from $17 per guest, adding cheese enchiladas and quesadillas, and the Wedding All-Star at $22 per person, which adds taquitos as an appetizer. All packages are served buffet style.
A Sisters Churros cart is available from $350, either as an add-on or on its own. Additional trays run $20 per dozen for tamales, enchiladas, chile rellenos or taquitos; grilled vegetables are $1 per guest, and seafood is available on request.
Booking runs through a quote form on their site that collects event location, date, guest count and package, or by phone for an instant quote.
RNG operates as a mobile caterer without a public storefront address, which is normal for cart catering and not a mark against them. Equipment, staffing and utensil details aren't published — worth asking about when you request a quote.

His guys showed up, ready to cook and serve the guests. They let us know when the food would be ready, and they said we want the bride and groom served first. The food was delicious.
