Tacos Mora began in 2010, when Esteban and Blanca started catering weekends for family and friends parties and found the word spreading faster than the hobby could hold. They went full time, specialising in street tacos, and they still run it.
The menu is deliberately short: four meats — carne asada, al pastor, carnitas and pollo — which the business presents not as a limitation but as the point, describing them as four high-quality meats chosen to give a variety of taco choices. Spanish rice, beans and grilled chilli peppers and onion sit alongside, with five fixings including guacamole and salsa verde. The aguas frescas are the flourish: six flavours, from horchata through jamaica to pepino limon, which the company says it makes by hand from scratch every time.
Catering is quote-only, and the business publishes a 40-guest floor — a minimum guest count of 40, stated on its booking page. Beyond that, almost nothing commercial is published: no price of any kind appears anywhere on the site. The only cost language is the phrase Additional Charge, which marks the aguas frescas and the extras list — taquitos, empanadas, quesadillas, cheese enchiladas and homemade chips and salsa — without attaching a figure to either. There is no published guest maximum, minimum spend, lead time, deposit, travel fee, cancellation policy, service duration, equipment list or staffing detail. The site also never states whether the company cooks on site, drops off, or offers pickup. The published service area is the Temecula Valley and surrounding cities. Booking runs through a form taking the event date, time, address and guest count, or by phone.
