By purchasing or using Elev8ed Insights (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.
Elev8ed Insights delivers a branded intelligence report analyzing an independent restaurant's visibility across AI search platforms, local directory (NAP) consistency, Google Business Profile optimization opportunities, and related findings, along with a plain-English action plan. The Service is a diagnostic and advisory product. We do not implement changes to your website, listings, or business systems on your behalf — see Section 7.
The standing price for Elev8ed Insights is $999, shown and purchasable at that price directly on our website. Discounted pricing may be available through a referral code distributed by an authorized Elev8ed Table affiliate; discount codes are not advertised as a standard or default price. All payment is processed through Stripe at the time of purchase.
The 72-hour delivery clock begins once you have submitted a complete intake form following purchase. If your report is delayed beyond this window, we will notify you directly.
Before work begins: If you cancel before we have begun producing your report, you are entitled to a full refund.
After delivery: All sales are final once your report has been delivered. We offer an accuracy guarantee: if any factual finding in your report is incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will correct the error and re-deliver the corrected report at no additional cost. This accuracy guarantee does not extend to your subjective satisfaction with recommendations, strategic advice, or prioritization choices within an otherwise factually accurate report.
The Service provides a snapshot analysis and recommendations. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to improved search rankings, increased AI citation frequency, increased customer traffic, or increased revenue. Statements in your report about priority actions are recommendations based on the data available at the time of analysis, not promises of results.
You are solely responsible for implementing any recommendations contained in your report, whether personally, through your own staff, or through a third-party vendor of your choosing. Elev8ed Insights provides intelligence and recommendations; it does not provide implementation, ongoing management, or technical support services unless separately contracted.
Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use your report for your restaurant's internal business purposes. You may share it with your own staff, contractors, or advisors on a confidential basis, but you may not resell, redistribute, publish, or represent the report or its findings as your own original work product for commercial purposes. The report and its contents are confidential and provided solely for your restaurant's own use. Elev8ed Table retains ownership of the underlying analytical methodology, templates, and any aggregated or anonymized data derived from the engagement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elev8ed Table's total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the report at issue. Elev8ed Table is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion prior to beginning report production, with a full refund issued in that case.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Elev8ed Table regarding the Service.
